I had a multi-split air conditioning system with two indoor units installed by Müller Kälte & Klima. Offer and project planning My request by email was answered at short notice and after a brief clarification of the general conditions (property or rental property) a prompt consultation was carried out by the managing director at my home. After a tour of the premises, an offer was made to me within a few days. My wishes were met. A tour of the devices in the showroom was made possible. Here I also received competent answers to my last open questions. I was treated in a friendly and appreciative manner at all times. The telephone contact was always pleasant. installation After a short briefing on the premises together with the technician and clarification of the target status, implementation according to the offer began. Painter fleece was laid out to protect the parquet floor. In general, the work was very clean. Before drilling the holes in the wall, check for cables. If I had any problems or questions, the technicians came to me to clarify them. Since the scope of work was 1.5 working days, the work was interrupted. Before the end of the working day, the material was tidied up and the apartment was left clean. Packing material and tools were taken. The laying of the pipes and the condensate drainage in the false ceiling was carried out professionally and, in my opinion, testifies to that. of high expertise. The venting and filling of the refrigerant circuit were also carried out conscientiously. Since only 2 weeks passed from commissioning to installation, I could not hire an electrician to prepare the electrical supply line. However, this was not a problem. The electrical connections for the system were prepared using a junction box so that only the supply line has to be connected. For commissioning, a connection cable with a plug was connected to the junction box and the system was operated via a socket. The instruction in the operation of the devices was easy to understand and my questions were answered. Due to current events: The hygiene measures were observed throughout. Distance regulations were observed and a mask was also worn. Here, too, the common thread of professionalism continues. Conclusion As you can probably see from the above text, the service offered by Müller Kälte & Klima has been implemented to my complete satisfaction.
