Finally space in the basement! All of the company's old tax records can now be stored there for as long as required. By the way, friendly service. The lady on the phone gave us extensive advice.

I rented a storage room for 3 months and was very, very dissatisfied. First to the premises: cheap chipboard cover between the rooms, the light in the hallway was broken. No toilet or similar In the premises, no light in your own room -> pitch black. For a small room under these conditions, I find 70 € (!) A month too much! After the storage when opening the boxes, it became clear: Moth infestation in every box! Clothes had to be completely washed or disposed of. Just for comparison: I still had individual boxes in my parents' basement, there were no moths in these boxes (& it was free). What you also have to consider: although you pay 70 € rent, you cannot, as is usually the case with "storages", 24 hours to your own belongings. On the contrary: on weekends and on public holidays, i.e. when everyone is moving, the storage room is closed (on Saturdays only open until 1 p.m., but you cannot move within this time frame). During the week the storage is only open until 5:00 p.m. Very inconvenient for customers who work. About the service: disaster! My problems were neglected, they were even laughed at: "If I can't read properly, I can't be helped." I found the phone call extremely irrelevant, I felt insulted, not taken seriously and treated extremely badly (my sister was also in the car and felt the same way). As a customer, that should never be the case. e-mails are sent with an extremely large number of typing errors (dubious !!), the deposit is only transferred back very late. There is no fairness or compromise: I gave notice half a day (!) Too late, on a Sunday, and still had to pay for a whole month - of course I had long since moved out, the room was certainly rented twice. That's not how it works. Under no circumstances would you recommend this "service"! Just rip off!
