The Green Sheep is a hidden gem in downtown Darmstadt. The location is beautiful and relaxed. Staff is efficient and polite. Drinks taste great and are offered for reasonable prices. Food tastes great and their pizzas stand out in particular. It's the perfect place for hanging around with a few friends and have a wonderful evening or night.
Friendliest pub in Darmstadt. Always a nice feel to the place. Nice pub food also.
Good but they don't accept card
Bit of a dive downstairs. Outside seating cushions and other paraphernalia piled up on the windows. Dark, feels a bit grotty. No one in there. Upstairs looked more cheerful but many better places around and more centrally based so...
Terrible service. Understaffed or poorly managed. Waited 1,5h for a McDonald's style burger. Didn't complain about the service, but was rudely advised by the waitress that they were not a restaurant (although they're business on Google suggests they're a gastro pub) when the food arrived.
Waitresses sniding comments about the situation to eachother in German. Unsure whether they knew we could understand them.
Stay away.
