I've been going there for a long time, but haven't been there for a long time. However, I always notice how dissatisfied the customers are with the 2 younger men. I often had little things that I complained about. Today I went out very dissatisfied! My nails look terrible, like little short lumps. For just under € 30. I could have said something, but I had to remind the gentleman several times that he didn't forget something, otherwise the hands would have been completely different. To be honest, I just wanted to get out of there. Thanks for ruining your nails.
A little tip: do not let it be too short for you, rather longer and then shorten it at the end, because otherwise this will happen .. lumps!
Don't do what they say, confuse yourself with others and then make your nails really thin. Then you hurt all the time and then be so cheeky and ask for 40 € ... has really deteriorated
Very unfriendly staff & poor performance. For the fact that I removed 8 gel nails (2 were already broken off / fell off) to charge 14 € is a cheek. The nails looked disastrous afterwards! In addition, you are totally attacked and rude when asked a question or another. Impossible.
I have been a regular customer for 3 years.
I prefer to have my gel nails designed by "Loan" (boss).
For foot care / feet 🦶with gel, I can recommend the "Van" and the "Toni".
Everyone is very friendly.
