I've always been satisfied, but once we were there on the weekend and the host refused to bring us cocktails on the grounds that the place was so full. That is not how it works. When we asked him about it, he waved an empty glass in front of our nose and said he didn't feel like Heck Meck.
Unfortunately, I find this very customer-unfriendly, which is why I will avoid this shop in the future. There are enough bars in Balingen
