Pizza was ordered at 5:05 pm, statement by the employee: "It takes about 40 minutes!". At 6:05 p.m. we called again and asked where the pizza was. Employee statement: "We have received a large order in 5 minutes!" At 18:40 there is still nothing there! Pizza is good from previous experience, but apparently not every customer counts equally if you don't leave a lot of money behind. Sad!

Quality varies in part, but mostly good. The ingredients appear to be fresh and of good quality. The ordering process by telephone was often made more difficult due to the language barrier (depending on who is on the phone). Sometimes the address was noted incorrectly (which resulted in telephone calls and delivery delays) or dishes were delivered incorrectly - Pizza Blitz was easy to handle and accommodating when there was a complaint, but it is still annoying. The delivery times are in the normal range. Unfortunately there are no alternative ways to order, e.g. via Lieferando or Whatsapp, which is now standard in my eyes. The local competitors are better positioned there. In this way, one could also overcome the language barrier and encourage customers without cash to order by, for example, Paypal.

Always my pleasure ! The food is ALWAYS of the highest quality and tastes delicious. ;-) The staff is very friendly and the delivery is very fast! Overall, highly recommended and the best pizza in the Balingen area

Ordered pizza Fruite de Mare. Top price-performance ratio. Ingredients fresh and you can see that they are not frozen seafood. Nice thin base, no tough dough rim and crispy. How it should be. However, a bit of oil on it. Delivery was pretty quick and friendly.
