Although stress is part of the day-to-day business for many people, I make such phone calls very rarely. Well. You want to get there. Mr Jäckle lets me know that he won't call me to see if he can come before the vacation time. I should then contact you again at the end of July. No sooner said than done: I'll call Mr. Jäckle again and ask what it would look like. Mr. Jäckle is extremely friendly on the phone again, says nothing would work now and when he would come after his vacation time, he doesn't know, it could take 4, 6 or 12 weeks! A company that throws around with such vocabulary and incredible insolence and then just jumps off! A company that always makes the small customer feel that he is just "annoying"!
