This vet deserves not only 5 stars but 10. Everyone was very nice, she took a lot of time and our dog felt comfortable. She examined him in a very nice way, I'm thrilled.

Very, very great vets, took care of my buddy lovingly! He had a very bad experience with another doctor. And with Dr. He has never been looked after so well that he can process his trauma again.

Beware of snappy help at the office hours. Unfortunately you were treated very rudely and negatively by telephone. Human is human and every human makes mistakes .. But you don't always have to verbally punch yourself more and more ... A polite manner is not too much to ask .. And we didn't get help for our little dog lady. The doctor's performance is good. Unfortunately, only one star from our experience, because there are a lot of things missing and we were not helped.

Just an outrage. You have a sick bunny at home, you know that it is in pain and you don't know what to do on Sunday, you call her because she is on emergency duty and just wanted her to take a look at the bunny. On the phone you explain the situation, the lady on the phone said she clarifies it briefly with the doctor and then you can hear her complaining in the background that she doesn't do anything because you should go to the animal clinic which is 50km away. And why should you do that when it is only 6km away and has emergency service? Yes, good woman, for what do you please do emergency service if you don’t feel like taking care of the sick animals? Animals don't choose when they get sick? And for information: the bunny died then !!! So please do me all a favor and don't support such behavior !!!!

First impression quite nice, but then very disappointing and not very engaged. When it was really serious, a moderately friendly (rather annoyed) and absolutely not empathic veterinary assistant, who had not even seen the dead sick animal, got rid of it. After this bad diagnosis, we would have liked to have been notified promptly by the doctor and much more support.
