Lovely owners, nice place to stop by for refreshments after going for a hike in the nearby Hills. I definately recomend!

Very nice landlord and landlady. Attentive and helpful. From there you can go hiking or quickly reach great destinations by car.

Very nice pension! Unfortunately we were only there for one night, would have liked to stay longer. The friendly hosts made for a pleasant stay of us and our 2 large dogs. The room was huge and had everything you need, including kitchenette and small sitting area. It is easy to clean (no carpet, ...) so that it can be kept well with dog well. The food in the evening was plentiful and delicious and the cheap price. The breakfast was everything you need: egg, bread, rolls, cheese, sausage, jam, honey, yogurt, cereals, etc. The in-house male was reserved and ignored our dogs. Conclusion: If you are looking for a 5 star hotel is wrong, but it costs less. If you have nice hosts, a clean room and good home cooking, you can confidently stay here. We'll be back for sure!

We (3 people) from Ludwigshafen / Gartenstadt spent New Year's Eve 2019/2020, i.e. the New Year's Eve, in Dernbach in Belzenickel - we agree: highly recommended! The hosts (a married couple) are extremely empathetic and courteous, and they do so in an honest manner - nothing is played. The rooms are very quiet in the typical Palatinate style - and very clean. Our food on New Year's Eve was prepared spontaneously and quickly on demand (rump steak with side dishes). Absolutely sufficient and fresh - the accompanying typical Palatinate wine rounded off the whole thing. On New Year's Day, we were served a rich, freshly prepared breakfast. We will definitely return there again - be it for the night or 'just' for a meal - CONCLUSION: absolutely recommendable, full 5 stars.
