Dear Wind-Rabold Family, Thank you very much for the beautiful and cozy event "Red and Hot" on the last Saturday. The kitchen and cellar have spoiled us with delicious delicacies and in their cordial way we were able to learn a lot of new things about winegrowing and winemaking from them and also taste them on the spot in the cellar! We will be back and look forward to our next visit to the Palatinate and of course with them!

Although we three, father with 2 adult children, were registered for the grape harvest during the vintage, Mrs. Rabold had enough time for us. Very interesting tour of the winery and subsequent tasting. Almost a short course in Vinification. Many thanks
