As good as the idea as the idea of ​​the Friedwald is, so incredibly part of the organization. After signing the funeral contract with us as parents, our dead son got !! a copy as an order confirmation for his records. In Corona times we felt completely let down in organizing the funeral on site. We had to get in touch with the owner of the forest (City of Bernau) personally to find out the number of people permitted for the funeral and to constantly check the latest status. As of now, two months after the funeral, there is still no name tag on the tree. Thanks to the forester Mr. Folgert for his efforts and the loving support on site.

In dealing with customers is trying to make everything possible and you always try to respond to the customers and to meet their needs and wishes. In dealing with employees, it is not so great, constant stress, barely time to handle a phone call properly and quite large fluctuation in customer service.

In a situation that was probably difficult for everyone affected, we felt very well supported by all employees of Friedwald. Especially the on-site support in the forest Friedwald Michelstadt by the forester Mr. H. was very pleasant and friendly.
