Never go to this place! I did my taxes to get returns because my payment is really low i had to ask for money from my parents just to have something to eat so i was expecting returns and not only i didnt get anything i have to pay, and mind you i would go for months without money to eat. This is a scam office so beware. I will be going back demanding an explanation of cource. I went back bringing all the necessary papers and not only did he not help me he was laughing with them. Save your time and MONEY (I HAD TO PAY THEM) because they will not only not help you they will also mock you. In a country like Germany this is unacceptable.

Front desk lady totally unfriendly, arrogant and completely incompetent!!! If I see all comments here I cannot understand why she is still working on this position or even in the office. The specialist in the backoffice was completely the opposite. Polite, helpful and competent.

Lady at the desk did not want to even TRY to speak English with me and my friend. Workers should be able to speak at least a bit of English to help the many foreign students and workers who come to the city. Rude and impolite. Do better.

Lady at the desk very unfriendly, denied to even try and help in English (there is no one in the world that cannot speak at least 15 words in English), although I did my best to speak German from the 1st minute. ( Lack of emotions again...)

Probably the worst office I have ever been to. I wanted just to ask for some information, but the woman that was working there was totally not friendly. When I asked if she spoke English she replied with "it is a German office, we speak german" and also if I tried to ask if there were someone else that spoke English or if maybe I could help her understand what I wanted using google translate she replied with the same sentence 2/3 time "it is a German office, we speak german". Result: a trip for nought! I am shocked and disgusted.
