The clinic was recommended to me because of my broken wrist. After I called to make an appointment, the receptionist turned me off because I live an hour's drive away and only urgent cases are accepted. A broken wrist is waved in the clinic because it is not urgent and my journey is too far anyway. As a privately insured person, I have never experienced such cheek. Not a recommendable hospital !!!

Unfortunately I ran into a very incompetent doctor who was also very arrogant. He pounced on 1 (!) Symptom, which results from another cause. This cause should actually be clarified. Then he wanted to order investigations that had already happened but he didn't listen and preferred to interrupt explanations. Also nice when the doctor briefly appears in the room with the question of how you are and while you are still breathing in order to be able to answer that he has already left the room. What shoud that? The end of the story was a lapel dismissal for not being heard and for having zero empathy. The doctor and the nurses needn't be surprised when you leave. A shame ... Was there because of colic, which the nurse had passed on incorrectly. Yes, I kept saying that I was in pain, but unfortunately it was ignored.

I can't understand the bad reviews. The staff and doctors are courteous and friendly in their treatment. Even during rounds and consultation hours.

If there were 0 stars, I would give them immediately. Our mother, in the very old age, was unfortunately in the o.a. after a fall. KH brought in. Unfortunately we could not influence it, because our experiences with the other clinics in Chemnitz are completely different. Power of attorney / PV and contact details from us were available on delivery. The consultation with the attending doctor could only be inadequately carried out due to communication difficulties and our concerns about the operation he was aiming for were thrown away. I have great doubts whether our mother was aware of the scope of your promises. Now she has fallen for the second time, freshly operated on in the hospital. How can this happen? Communication of the hospital in this regard with us ZERO !!!! Visits are strictly forbidden in the current situation - I only have a limited understanding of this. Now more complaints have been added and our request to be able to speak to a doctor by phone was answered by stating that they were not there. I can only reflect our current experiences and do not want to recommend the house to others. By the way, the lady from the social services of this facility obviously did not understand her job either and only had to do with initially dismissing our mother as quickly as possible to her apartment, where care is not possible. No trace of empathy and a sense of reality. Christian charity should be different !!!

If it's up to me, never again. Good, friendly nursing staff, 4-bed rooms, with seriously ill patients who need care all night, no sleep possible. You get the feeling that the doctors don't have a real plan
