Unsere heutige Bestellung kam nach ca. 90 Minuten ( bestellt 18:00 Uhr geliefert ca. 19:30 Uhr). Die Pizzen waren lauwarm und der Teig war dieses mal entgegen bisherigen einwandfreien Bestellungen eher gummiartig, nicht durchgebacken. Mit gutem Willen noch 2 Sterne.

The food is always fresh and really warm ... almost still hot. It's absolutely delicious and the staff are always friendly and very nice. In addition, the specified delivery time is adhered to and the food is super delicious. The pasta is particularly recommended. Always with great pleasure again. :-)

Dear Freddy-Fresh team. What has become of your "quality"? We have often ordered pizza and pasta from you. But now it's over! The pizzas get greasier from time to time and give the impression of a heated pizza. Even the taste is getting worse and worse, so that a normal stomach can no longer digest it. Furthermore, the pasta gives the impression that the ingredients are not justified for the expensive prices of over 8 euros. If I pay attention to the price, pay more than 20 euros for 2 pizzas and thus expect a decent quality, something is obviously going wrong with you. In addition, there is a permanent delivery time of over 60-80 minutes. That was the last time a Freddy Fresh order was placed in the East branch! The actually half star is only there for the nice employees.

Very best service (rarely experienced like this!); individual inquiries were met promptly. Delivery well below the forecast delivery time !! Both pizzas were delicious!

After almost two hours and a phone call with the branch, I received my order. The driver claimed to have already been there, which is definitely not true, as I had been standing at the window for about 20 minutes. Her cheeky manner and the claim she called me made the picture round. Freddy cheeky certainly not so "fast" anymore. Addendum: The fact that customers are portrayed as liars seems to be the way to deal with complaints when I read through the reviews here. The pasta is underground, totally dry, rudimentary cheese and 5 half tomatoes. REAL! JUST DO NOT ORDER !!!
