Terribly rude! I had my nails done there a couple of times, at first I thought the prices were cheap and I got involved. Unfortunately, I realized that the work is unhygienic, dirty and unprofessional. Instructions and requests were simply not implemented or completely misunderstood.

Got a voucher so I went there. But would not do that anymore as a self-paying customer. Unpleasant, cool atmosphere and average, mediocre work. The lady was terribly unfriendly, almost hostile. The male employee was much more accessible, which didn't improve the mood either. Unfortunately, both have so little knowledge of German that communication was impossible. In short: mediocre work, unfriendly and not cheaper than anywhere else.
