- Unprofessional - Until recently, I was very pleased with the treatments of the young, employed beautician at Cellier. However, when the studio introduced a new wax and used it without waxing in a neutral place to test for wax, I got a severe rash. At night I had to have it treated at the emergency medical service at the weekend because he was unbearably itching, made strong pustules and I went on vacation the next day. The night before my departure I tried to bridge quark envelopes and allergy tablets. Finally, I spent my vacation around the entire genital area with a large, bright red skin rash, which itched heavily despite strong cortisone ointment and slowly regressed after 3 weeks. My next waxing appointment was already agreed 2 days after my 4-week stay abroad. When I called, told what had happened and canceled the appointment, the young employee replied that the rash was not wax. The height was when she wanted to make me know that the rash in my genital area does not come from the 1 hour before found Waxing treatment. She showed no understanding or empathy and instead told me in a very unfriendly tone that I actually had to pay the appointment because I canceled it at such short notice. I found a pretty nasty box, for having given her a good tip in her coffee after each treatment and was lying on the beach during my entire vacation with the terrible rash around the entire genital area. Anyway, I will not visit Cellier any more and I do not recommend it. As a professional, I experienced the waxing treatment at "Wax-in-the-City" in Nuremberg and moved my treatments there.
