That would be worth five stars! Only with this problem there was no solution until the end and unfortunately I can only assign one star. Right from the start there were always disturbances, insults, insults, etc. in this apartment. In addition, the washing machine is in the laundry room. Again and again things happened here that didn't need words. Likewise cellar and mailbox. Balcony also not usable. One stay only to clean the balcony. Garage has been terminated. Cannot be used normally. A lot of money was invested in moving into this apartment. Apartment was completely unrenovated (no floor, poor condition of the apartment in general, etc.) Unfortunately, this apartment was seen in the occupied state. You can hide a lot. And the big shock came when the keys were handed over. Many repairs followed in the apartment until everything was in order. After some time when you lived in the apartment, there was also water damage that was not caused. There was no boredom in this apartment. They fought for a long time for this apartment (arbitration meeting, discussions with the landlord, emails, etc.) so that one could stay here. Nothing worked. In the apartment you could only live with headphones during the day and with earplugs at night. Living in this apartment made you sick. In the meantime you are gone and the horror was finally over. If you had informed yourself about this house in advance (internet, tenants' association, etc.), you would have been spared this ordeal.
