Very bad service! Not recommendable! Can I also assign ZERO stars ?! I would love to! My experience with Avis car rental in Bamberg is really very bad. At first I thought that it was pretty good here, but had little comparison. Repeated correction calculations after I had handed over the car for a few weeks gave me food for thought. Once I was supposed to pay for an empty tank, even though I had given the car back full. It later turned out - I had fortunately lifted the receipt - that the car was passed on to a friend, whose trip I was ultimately supposed to pay. Sometimes the staff in Bamberg is completely overwhelmed and doesn't help at all. The request to call back is generally ignored by the staff. AVIS BAMBERG: NOT RECOMMENDED.

Caution: Has closed due to Corona until further notice, Avis customer service does not know that the branch is closed. Do not cancel and confirm at least in my case !!! Cheek!
