I recently purchased a Cali-Camper and had a great experience start to finish. Thomas went above and beyond answering all my questions and supporting the entire purchase and pick-up process. For those looking to save a bit upfront and purchase a 'like new' T6, this is a great option. Cali-Camper has thought through all the relevant features like adding the Bear-Lock which living in Berlin adds peace of mind. I did not purchase many 'extras' upfront but in preparation for a 3 month trip later this year and now that I have a better feel for the van and what we need as a family, I will likely be going back as I know I will be taken care of.

Everything was as agreed. The car was in perfect condition. The handover was very friendly and competent. What was special was getting tips on everything to do with cars from a works employee. I forgot something in the car when I returned it. The lender even brought it to me. So, gladly again.

So from my request to the end - top support. I had many questions and requests, and they were patiently addressed. The VW was in very good condition. We had a parking damage (third party fault) and on request with photos it was said that we don't have to pay anything. I've never seen it like this before. We had a defect on the tap from the start, we had it repaired and we should get the money back. The handover in Reichenau is great, warm and professional. A big thank you to Max and his father. Can only recommend Cali Camper to everyone and would book with this company again in a heartbeat. 09/14/2020: Unfortunately I have to adjust my review. After our return we received a letter stating that the deposit (690 euros) would be withheld, as the repair costs for the parking damage caused by third parties are at least 2500 euros. I thought that was kind of strange, because the email first said that this was a small thing and that we probably wouldn't have to reckon with any costs. The repair will only take place at the end of the season.
