Even if there should not be a taxi, there is a fix around the corner. Or you order at Funktaxi Dresden and come on one. Even if it is not always the desired car brand.

Poor customer service. Taxi should be there after 10 minutes. Finally appeared after 45 minutes, after calling the hotline three times and complaining. Once a colleague promised to clarify the matter and simply hung up! Taxi driver was friendly, but very reserved. As a highlight, the taxi driver received an SMS from the head office with the words: "Thank you for taking over BANANA" .... Which is probably related to customers like "We". I cannot approve and recommend a customer service like this one at all. Empty promises, treatment below level and delay are probably standard there! Summa summaro not worth recommending. I haven't really been so annoyed for a long time!
