Catastrophic,
Support is bad underground if you can reach it at all. As for the telephone service, incompetent, no foresight. Advice zero, there is only a push for the extension of the license instead of offering something new because the till is still running with Win7 !!! The cash register has been in operation for 4.5 years.
Here I no longer buy a cash register system, everything is promised on paper and in the end you are left alone, paying again and then being helped. Not recommendable

Cheap cash and good advice continue to get like that
5 months ago we bought a cash register, 2 printers and 2 handheld input devices (PDAs) incl. Software.
Function description on the paper sounded good, the practice is very different.
The system is not intuitive, the PDAs have a slimmed down version of the main cash. Batteries of the PDAs constantly empty, printers often go into trouble or simply print nothing without error message!
Now we would like to exchange the cash register and wanted to have an offer from the company Benski.
But she has no interest in your hardware !!! After 5 months ... the ladies and gentlemen of the company Benski are probably very convinced of the work and the products they sell high ...!
Benski POS system and Bonit software never again and I can not recommend to a restaurateur.
