In 2019 we had our roof newly insulated and covered. Mr. Stümpel and his permanent team did a great job. We were satisfied at all times, from the first inspection to the submission of offers and explanation of the individual items to the completion, and we can recommend Aeffner Dachdeckerei without reservation.
Replace defective gutter and various shingles, request this craft by phone. Very nice and made a good impression. Unfortunately, no one came over as discussed, so there was no offer. I asked twice, but no reaction. With another roofer everything had worked within 3 days ...
It was a very pleasant first contact with Mr. Stümpel. Competent and friendly, actually as you imagine.
But then nothing came, nothing more.
Despite multiple demand, I have received today neither an offer nor a rejection or at least a response.
That is bad, very bad.
