Yesterday in the "clothes store" shopping. I have been very courteous and expert consulted by a young, very nice saleswoman. The girl had a lot of stamina and patience with me. For a bra that was not available in my size I was offered to order it. Conclusion: gladly again! Was very satisfied !! Very nice staff.
Very unfriendly staff, one has the impression that one is unwanted and disturbing.
Have bra size 100 c, an absurd, because you are treated as if you were leper, unbelievable. Will never enter this store again.
The manager should be there times !!!!
This is my laundry number 1. Not cheap, but a great service and you will always find something.
We have been treated several times in this shop unprofessional and even very rude, so we really never wanted to come back.
Today, my wife has tried despite better knowledge after lagerer time again and called in advance whether bikinis are available in suitable size. This was answered in the affirmative, however, after the arrival of my wife (about 15 minutes later) nothing was available in the requested size.
At least the young saleswoman, in contrast to the previous experience, was kind and hard-working (but the 2nd star), but you should not just try to lure customers into the store with false statements, that's simply not professional. If you do not already know it and are too comfortable to look, you should also communicate accordingly. (Personally, on a Monday morning and in mid-January, I have my doubts about being too "busy" because I work in retail)
Other shops like the Hunkemöller (also in the center of Ertl) show that there is another way. Here my wife was treated courteously, well advised and accordingly preferred to buy there.
Our final conclusion: never again "the Wäscheladen" in the Ertl.
