Beware of fraud !!!! No goods received although the order was on dispatch. I even received a tracking number. But no package was ever sent! Watch out! Headquarters in Ireland. Absolutely outrageous and incompetent phone contact.

Order date: 12/24/2020, (parcel to ins did not come because the road is missing) then returns as a return on 01/05/2021 Smyths Toys receives parcel, e-mails several phone calls I was constantly told it would take time and so far no money was counted back (as of January 19, 2021)! If a company cannot post an article back in the system (credit note) from January 5, 2021 to January 19, 2021, nothing should sell.

Were there today and looked at a seat for our soon to be 3 year old, as the current one is just too small. We told her that the "bigger one" (5) now and then drives short distances on a seat without a backrest and the little one, she was in a reboarder until about 2 months ago, currently in a class 2 seat - but that too small is or is - has already ridden on a booster seat. Without asking the saleswoman approached us and told us from above how dangerous it was and that it would not even be possible to put a child of that age on such a booster seat (currently Cybex solution only without Isofix). She didn't even ask whether it was with a backrest or not, but assumed one without. The lady was absolutely rude and unfriendly and pretended to be omniscient. I will definitely not enter this shop again!
