The Naturshop is not a shop. It appears to be a pure online mail order business. The connection to NABU also no longer appears to exist. The old logo above the door has been replaced. An old sign only reminds of it on the wall. The opening times on Google Maps are misleading. Nobody has opened the goods receiving department and no one answers the phone number given after several calls. I can not make a judgment about the goods offered. So I could have saved myself the way. Update: After the answer I gave one more star. She came quickly and, as you can read, very polite. Apparently I was just there at the wrong time and I was unlucky.
