Ordered a Yamaha MCR-B370D micro system in silver / black and received the cheaper version in black only (17 Euro price difference). 1st email with complaint sent on 08/01/2020 - unanswered, 2nd email sent on 08/08/2020 - unanswered, registered mail sent on 08/15/20 - unanswered (until today 09/03/2020). People stay away from this place if you want correct delivery and service, buy from a different retailer !!

On 11/27 ordered, nothing is there until today. Communication is very one-sided, no solution to the problem is offered. Very poor customer service.

Ordered a new fully automatic coffee machine on Black Friday, received a used dirty device (exhibit). After complaining about this cheek, there was neither an apology nor was the device exchanged for a new device. We just got our money back! Unbelievable that such a shop can last!
