Their products are fantastic well made and the quality is top. Despite that i'm in other country they answer quickly at my question regarding what fan can i put in my case S3906 Renagade and work with the controller. Customer service is important after you buy a product. I've alerady recommended they products to all my friend (and i have a lot) after they saw at my place the quality of the components. Keep up the good work.

Unfortunately, the quality of the housing is very poor. I received two cases and there are errors on both cases. Defective LEDs, very dirty lighting (inside front glass / mirror) that you unfortunately cannot clean yourself, as this cannot be opened. Unfortunately there was no service either, except that I could send the two things in, at my own expense, of course. Yeah sure! I now avoid buying Inter-Tech products. Addendum: I returned one housing to the supplier and the front panel of the other has meanwhile been replaced by Inter-Tech. The service employee offered me a return label afterwards. There are two stars for that.

Very good support that solves problems quickly and easily. I had a defective led strip on the tower, a replacement strip was immediately sent to me via the ticket system. Although, thanks to DPD, the bar that was sent to me did not arrive but was sent back, a new one was sent to me again free of charge. Therefore 5 stars for the support, and also 5 stars for the product. The Tower X-908 Infini that I bought is an excellent product, except for the defective strip, which can always happen. Very well made, quiet fan, and thanks to its lighting it also looks great.
