STILL Hauptniederlassung Hannover

We already own several Still devices and therefore decided a few weeks ago to purchase a Still pallet truck. So far we have been very satisfied with the quality and service. Unfortunately, this has changed. The quality has gotten very, very bad. We had contacted Still - no answer. After 2 weeks, two gentlemen came by out of the blue and wanted to look at the pallet truck. In a nutshell: The two of them said that everything would now be as it is. The new pallet truck has only been used 5 times to unload (!) Our goods. As you can see from the pictures, the roles are already halfway over. We have a device from Pfaff that is over 15 years old, which also has rubber rollers. Basically the same device only from a different company. The reels from this device don't look halfway - they look like new! The old Still devices are also still in top condition. We just wanted to have the roles replaced. We contacted Still several times about this. Unfortunately, Still is very unapologetic and shows 0 accommodating - in every respect. In addition, the gentleman who answered our inquiries was not exactly friendly and not cooperative. Thus: The quality of Still has decreased rapidly. The quality is 0. Unfortunately, as a German company that praises quality, God's meanwhile sells inferior goods. We think that's a shame, as we've always been convinced of Still and that's why we've decided on Still again.
