A seminar house rather in the youth hostel style ... Partly the balcony doors are not to close properly or there is no key for the bathrooms. At the promised billiard table you will find only broken clubs and also the table tennis is not the newest. The staff is very nice and helpful and the rooms are well maintained from the inside. Only the balconies could use a little bit of care as they feel as if they fall apart during a jump. Nevertheless, the house is quite quiet and the seminar rooms are quite large. Conclusion: Large, old, quiet, modern living rooms, balconies dilapidated
