I need a replacement battery for my laptop, which I can of course order online myself. But since I wanted to support a small local shop during the Corona period, I called Ralf at noon.
Unfortunately Ralf answered the phone unreliably at noon. After three calls he came over on the phone rude and extremely patient and in the end he said to me, "Do it yourself and let me do my work!"
I am speechless. It seems that midday Raul is doing so well during the Corona period that he can treat potential customers like that. Disappointing. I cannot recommend Ralf to lunch.
