After a storm damage, an offer was obtained for the insurance company. The company postponed the on-site appointment twice. After reviewing the insurance, part of the order should be placed and a revised cost estimate prepared for another. The company did not respond to this request. Months later, however, I received an invoice for not placing the order. According to the terms and conditions so in order. Only the company did not accept the order or did not react. In addition, the content of the bill was incorrect. No reaction from the company to that either. So anyone who expects seriousness is absolutely wrong with master roofer Wolfgang Adolph.

As a new customer, I am totally enthusiastic about the boss and his employees. The boss listened to my problem on the phone, agreed with me on the expected costs according to the motto: "The spoken word counts!" He promised to send someone over the next day. At 8 a.m. two friendly roofers rang the bell, and at noon the leaky roof of the garage was re-covered. It couldn't be better. Great, we can do this again!! Jochen Weber, Bothfeld

I can Mr. Do not recommend Adolph. Despite an agreed appointment, he did not come to see our roof, he came on the second try, but the advisory service was poor. We never received the offer. Despite multiple requests, Mr. Adolph apparently did not need to send the offer. We prefer to do without such a craftsman.
