Bought a monitor in January ´17, in September ´17 wg. bad picture and therefore possible warranty claim brought to the company Lunz. Statement from there: Everything OK must be on the PC (also from the Lunz!) For the "check in (or despite) the guarantee period": invoice over 60 €. Since the Lunz company no longer has a sale, but only offers "advice and service", you should expect "service" differently - absolutely no recommendation! In the future we will buy our PCs in the port at the electronics market! They even do service there!
