Well what can I say, a really professional service and fantastic photos for my ID and for the job exposés on the Internet. Fast and uncomplicated, with great technology and a lot of friendliness. This company understands its craft and works at the highest level, you can tell the experience from the greeting, the pose, the photo, the post-processing and the copy.
An appointment is not required.
Highly recommended, I will definitely come back.
Unfortunately no good advice at all. Once the seller wanted to sell us a damaged frame (although we mentioned the damage), and once we were told that a frame was the same model as that of another brand (which is not true, however, the dimensions differ by 1-2cm!).
During the consultation, we were constantly presented with new models with passe-partouts, although we said several times that we didn't want that. We were very uncomfortable.
Unfortunately disappointing service.
No trace of humanity. I went to Foto Kohler with my husband, heavily pregnant, to have passport photos taken for him. In the shop I was vehemently refused to use the toilet when asked, even after I asked for understanding that I was pregnant and really had to be very, very urgent. I was shocked by the rudeness and lack of understanding of the man in the business. My husband's passport photos were fine so nothing special. I will never set foot in this shop again.
