Very unmotivated and unfriendly. With the 3rd tax return, my reimbursement was halved, the advisor's reasoning: "My predecessor did not do that correctly ..." Then I canceled my membership (handed it in personally) This termination never reached the main office, so after a long correspondence I was threatened with foreclosure and collection even though the mistake happened in the office. In the end, I had to pay a membership fee again without having received any benefit because my resignation fell under the table. Absolutely not to be recommended !!!!

Pure rip-off !! You simply get the bills for membership sent to you to pay later without any explanation.

I have been a member of the Steuerring Koblenz for several years and can only report positive results. By the very nice ladies of the secretariat I could always be timely assigned a consultation appointment. No matter which consultant I had the appointment, everyone was friendly, extremely competent and have taken time for a detailed consultation. All in all, a very good service to a reasonable membership fee. From me 5 stars!

The services are very good, very professional organization! That someone gives so many bad reviews, as happened here, is not justified - the office has been around for 30 years!

ATTENTION! Money Greedy! Even after not claiming any benefits complete annual contributions are required. Termination will not be accepted or allegedly no confirmation received and further annual contributions are required. Headquarters to achieve very bad and if anything rude and cheeky. Very incompetent staff!
