Klein's Kulturbistro

Have breakfast here again ... No! The employees were listless and haphazard. Changing the hot beverage at breakfast was a challenge. Then we had to wait ... ok, there was a lot going on, but after half an hour the first drinks came, then another 10 minutes until the remaining drinks came. Juhu, now there's something to eat ... think ... after 45! Minutes the rolls came ... but nothing more. The covering lasted again. And then not even completely. We had to explain to the staff what went with which breakfast (we were actually brought three plates and two knives for five people). After a good hour, everything was finally there and the coffee was of course already empty, otherwise it would have become cold. In the future we will have breakfast somewhere else, luckily there are enough offers.

The small breakfast is really more than abundant. Not for us. And the cake pieces were very big lately and really delicious

This time the visit from Klein's Kulturbistro was not as nice as usual, no jam was available, so I was looking forward to a croissant with jam. It was also not mentioned it was simply given to honey. Then we were asked if we want the cereal also, otherwise I would not order the breakfast (Heinrich Heine) if I did not want ..... And the staff phoned in the hour we were there most of the time. 👎

The breakfast was ok but why you asked if you want your fruit and cereal if it is for breakfast is not obvious to me. Of omelet I would rather advise against it was so fried that it got stuck in the throat and also sprinkled with dill vigorously as a deco. The girls working there are friendly but have no plan what to do there.

Service quality underground !!!! You have to beg everything and get it rolled on the Tisxh .... All outdoor tables are dirty - look on the phone is here program. Too bad!!
