Starbucks

Generally I always go to Starbucks for a little treat for myself. It is difficult to find in a little town in Germany with offers on soya or lactose free coffee and beverages. However new staff is very annoying. Every time I ask for sugar, I'm told that I do not need it, because coffee has a syrup, or when I ask for a straw I am again told that it is unnecessary. For the price I pay in Starbucks, I do not really need additional advise on how to take my drink!

Horrible attitude and service - a staff of three, I am the only queuing customer. The staff is busy - counting coins, checking mobile messages - the customer comes last. I wow to never return.

Pro: The drinks are always a treat. So delicious. The staff is very friendly. Vegan milk options are available. Con: They are pretty expensive relative to otger coffee shops. The drinks are sold in plastic cups even when you're drinking it on the spot. You have to pay extra for the vegan milk.
