Koblenzer Schokoladen

First of all, very poor website. When I called, the owner was not sharing the chocolate list. I ordered because my mother in law, who is 89 years old today, in a old age home in Munich now , is nostalgic about the Koblenzer Küsschen. We sent the money last Friday and I called the owner every day Monday onwards, he said he doesn’t have online bank facility and went and checked his account in Wednesday and sent the chocolate today although he knew it was important for her to have it today. What a kind and responsible owner indeed!!!

Not convincing. Store looks really nice, and I think you can buy some great chocolate here. Staying in for a coffee and a waffle is not the best idea. Coffee is a bit watery and the waffles are not the best. Staff (owner?) was sort of friendly. Please note, like other places, this place is cash-only.

Rude service

A huge assortment of chocolate in the cosiest café in town. In my opinion, a must for every city visit. A super dear shopkeeper who sweetens the day with his humorous way! :)

The owner is truly unique. If you don't have a sense of humor, you'd better stay away from the store. If there is a pointy comment, I find it funny and I certainly don’t take it personally. In any case, he breathes a personal note into the business that you would not normally find so often. There are many delicious and high quality items. The price of the goods on offer is partly at the upper limit - but it still fits, at least personally, I think.
