SIXT Autovermietung Koblenz

Avoid! Don't trust! I have been charged 186.76€ for a car I have rented for 61.99€ online. They have reported that I have returned the car late at 15:51 which is not true. As you can see in the photos, based on my locations I have been at Sixt between 9.30 - 10. I cannot believe that this can be a human error, this is a fraud. I believe they have taken advantage of the fact that I am a foreigner. I am an expatriate, a researcher working for the University of Koblenz. I am writing this review after giving them a week to fix the problem and yet they did nothing about it.

Excellent reception service from the start the staff explained everything to me, and also spoke very good English. Cannot fault them, upon return of the vehicle the staff were just as pleasant and helpful. A really good experience of customer service, which is rare these days.

It's a bit remote, but the staff is amazing and the cars are well maintained. I even got a brand new one.

Returned leased vehicle here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The place is sort of 'hidden', as it is in the back of an industrial area and this office is actually on a side street. If you miss the orange street sign, you will completely miss this office. I have never rented a vehicle from here, but they seem to have a good selection.
