Europcar Koblenz

We had a confirmed booking - but when we arrived the car was not there. We had to ask a lady at the ticket office at the station (where they were supposed to hand out the keys) to call Europcar, and she was told they had insufficient information about the driver. Neither we nor she could understand why they did not bother to contact us and let us know in advance what was missing. Instead we had to wait at the station (in 37 degrees C), for Europcar to come pick us up and drive us out to their office, wait for an eternity there while they filled out forms, before we could get going more than an hour delayed. Incredibly bad service. As a compensation they offered us two bags of candy...

Terrible. Gave me a decent(-ish) deal as a young driver, then charged my credit card over $200 extra as a "gas charge", at their claimed €2.75 per litre rate if they "have to fill up themselves", while in fact I had filled up a full tank at the nearest gas station to the airport (where I was dropping off the car), so I was maximum 2-3 litres short, no more. They performed a series of unexplained transactions on my credit card and I got most of that money back eventually... after nearly 2 months and a dozen angry long-distance phone calls. Absolutely terrible. I'm sure a lot of people had good experiences with them, but I will never deal with them again.

Good service, excellent upgrade

VERY BAD rather to sixt was brought here for a 4 day rent of 232 euros (was deducted from the deposit for no reason) and after calling for more than an hour nothing happened on site, I couldn't be told more than the boss has to know what that is! ! but it wasn't there. Bad service At the handover I was told you would not make any mistakes during the handover (it took 40 seconds until I could find additional damage) Really sucks something like that with new customers never again europcar! Greetings go out to all other landlords who do not deprive their tenants of the deposit for no reason and where you don't have to run after them!

Bad, I booked the car for two days, 110 euros and when I picked it up they said the price was high, 157 euros, I was forced to take the car because I have an important appointment ..... LG. Aldhamad Hussein
