I've known this house for many years. Whether as an employed driver of a customer (freight forwarder) or as a private renter of a vehicle, I can only say "TOP"! The friendly manner in connection with a customer-oriented tariff interpretation leaves nothing to be desired, in my opinion. There is no trace of the arrogance of other companies in this branch here. I will continue to be a customer and will continue to recommend this house to my friends.

Preferably no star at all. It is rare for someone to answer the phone. And if it does after half an hour and from there you will be forwarded. I had made a reservation under my name, but suddenly my colleagues no longer had a reservation under my name. great

Very unfriendly and annoyed service, takes forever until someone answers the phone. Deposit - Returns take forever. Everything runs very chaotically from there. Definitely not to be recommended! This branch didn't even deserve a star. In other car rental companies it was much more relaxed, friendlier and smoother!

I've been waiting for the deposit for more than 5 months, which Avis still has to return to me. I call all the time and wait half the day for an employee, but apparently in vain someone has no desire to call. I have already responded to it several times and have already been to the branch 3 times to complain about where my deposit is.
