Very nice team..and great company..thanks
Great experience, thorough employees. Even helped us out to get to the train station after returning the car. Great customer service!
Didn't go so well.
I divide into two areas.
1. Reservation. The online one. Pick up at the branch in Koblenz, Andernacher Str. Saturday morning at 8 o'clock I was standing in front of an abandoned branch. After a 14 minute hotline, the statement that the branch has been closed for a long time and that I have to pick up the vehicle at the next branch 12 km away. I then go to this branch. It took 50 minutes until I had my vehicle.
The on-site employee was nice and friendly, but overworked.
Everything went really well with the rental. The bad end came at the end.
After the return, a small scratch (3cm) was discovered on the rear bumper. I can't say where the damage came from (falling rocks, someone met, etc.) The bill is tough, over 720 € (change of the bumper). For me clearly normal signs of use. I drove over 3400km with the car on vacation. Rip off, shame will certainly not be fixed….
Great: cheap, friendly, fast.
