Nice store with nice things.
An employee kindly asked me if he could help me. I wanted to buy 2 red pillar candles. Or cream, but there was only 1 left. This employee practically pulled a leg to make sure DB still had the candles they wanted. I waited and finally he took a whole box out of the warehouse. I was so happy because today, Saturday evening, I didn't want to go anywhere else. I felt very valued as a customer. Thank you for your great commitment.

I saw a desk and roll container in Coburg and called Bamberg to see if the goods were available. It was found out by an extremely nice lady on the phone - numerous questions were answered nicely and kindly. Goods were reserved and I was able to pick them up a short time later. Goods not available were ordered quickly and what can I say. Very friendly staff - everything went smoothly.
