Attention. I had a breakdown and a loss of cooling water. BMW had entered the contract sales office in Lahnstein and referred to this company. First of all, it is not a BMW dealership, but you are selling used cars, allegedly offering the accident vehicles for sale again. Made in Poland? The boss brought my vehicle to the workshop. Then 3 employees came to look at the engine compartment, but could not speak German. The boss translated, so I should get a new cylinder head gasket, a new hose and the expansion tank with cap. Repair time approx. 3 working days and costs approx. € 3000. I then drove to Koblenz about 5km to the branch. Here it was found that a hose was defective, I was able to pick up the hose with the clamp on the next day and got it for less than 50 € and installed it myself. I have driven over 2000 km since then and my BMW drives Supper and does not lose any water or oil. A great workshop that man unfortunately does not need and should avoid. Lg Werner G. I can safely say that you did not pull out the oil cap or the dipstick. Because I was there in your workshop> on site. After more than 18 months, my vehicle was driven approx. 50,000 km and has not had any complaints about the engine. if you claim there is cooling water in the engine, you should have taken a sample. So I really find it cheeky that some people write negative reviews about this car dealership. The staff are really super friendly, the cars are all in great condition and it's always fun to be there. It is the very last thing, for example, when competitors write extra bad reviews!
