I visited Winston Casino in Koblenz again about a week ago. When I walked in I heard the staff speak loudly during their private conversations. After listening carefully, I heard her say on the phone that her name was "Kunzel, Kenzel". During a private conversation she threw the note on the table where you have to register and said fill it out once. No drinks offered and no further attention paid to me. The high point, I play on the machine at 5 cents, the game library is well staffed, now the woman comes up to me and says the minimum bet would be 10 cents or I would have to free up the space for other customers who want to play?!?!? ! She didn't even offer me and the other guests something to drink, even though I played for over 30 minutes and now has the audacity to force myself to increase my stake that 5 cents are not allowed or I should go out ?? What a cheek !! I left the casino immediately, I have never seen such staff, sorry. In itself the staff is always nice and generous, but this was definitely not the case with this lady, so only 2 stars.

Staff was very friendly, but I have the feeling that the equipment was wrong, because I have never won here !!!!
