Funny place nice employees

I haven't seen such unfriendly staff in a long time, ashtrays full, you almost have to beg for drinks and the last time I was there the staff in the back of the courtyard smoked pot. Today's condition has constantly played around on the cell phone, even when exchanging coins you had to wait a short time until it had played its round to the end. I would not give a star unfortunately that is not possible.
