Super-duper. I love shopping here. Fruit and vegetables almost always without plastic and sometimes unusual varieties. They have 20 times more choice of vegan products than anyone else. Staff also always super nice and helpful. -I don’t have the feeling that the staff is annoyed or stressed like in other supermarkets ... I can only recommend it, -I would only wish if there was a Denns in Bad Ems

Products are ok. There were often disagreements at the cash register. Also, there is no home delivery. You have to go to the suburbs for a 10 euro purchase. That's why I order from the Naturhof via the Kowelenz Store. This is then more environmentally friendly and just as tasty and fresh.

.... Very nice because .... friendly and helpful staff .... Unfortunately a bit far to drive .... So only once a month!

Large assortment and great products.

Overall, a really nice and well located store. Staff are all very friendly and helpful throughout. Great assortment: There are z.b. ice cream from IceDate, which I have not got in any other store. Unfortunately, the good shopping experience is disturbed by the fact that it regularly comes to disagreements at the checkout / bill. In particular, discounts on goods that z.b. soon expires, are not always deducted properly at the cashier. Of course, you should always check the receipt. But honestly, who does that all the time. Since I do not feel like it all the time or want to be able to rely on it that this is going right. Finally works in other stores, too.
