Yesterday and today two telephone contacts - yesterday Mr. Deisen (technician), who advised me very competently, friendly and patiently, and today Mr. Weber, on a follow-up question, just as reliable and friendly. Even though I'm not a customer! I think that's pretty cool and not at all taken for granted. Compliments and thanks again!

If I couldn't give a star, I wouldn't give one. Customer friendliness = nil. The repair is assured by phone, then you are on site the next day (extra vacation) and then put off again. The second time I wanted to prevent that. Appointments are not made in advance, spare parts are not reserved, so you have to give it a try. Some of the employees probably did not understand that when you call you are also a customer. Pity! I'm not setting foot in this shop anymore.
