Recently bought a new dishwasher here. From advice to delivery / installation, everything was great! Delivery times were strictly adhered to, and communication from Daffertshofer was flawless. Really nice when you don't have to run after anyone. The guys from the delivery department, who had removed the old device and installed the new one at the same time, were super personable and also quick, clean and thorough. Briefing on the new device also took place and was very good. In addition, my new device is top notch! Cleaning performance is great, I can operate the device via app and it has all the modern bells and whistles that you only appreciate once you have them :). For me, Daffertshofer has become the first choice when I need a decent (large) electrical appliance and customer service that deserves to be called that.

We have been buying most of the electrical appliances from Daffertshofer for years. Always happy to provide competent and friendly advice. Shopping is just fun here. Don't be put off by the size or location of the store. I prefer personal advice 1000 times in a specialist shop than in the big markets. The location on the edge of the old town of Koblenz can then be used to enjoy the advantages of the most beautiful city on the Rhine and Moselle 😉.

Our concern: a defective Miele refrigerator (kf 822-id) that no longer cools. Until today, after almost 2 weeks, we are waiting for an offer for a new fridge-freezer. But immediately after 3 days after the customer service was there (after all, it came, therefore also a star), the customer service invoice came up, although it was actually said that this was partially offset against each other when ordering a new device . We have asked for an offer for a new fridge-freezer several times by telephone and in writing - for free! CONCLUSION: For us Dafferthofer never again! This is a rip-off for us and we are immensely disappointed!

Our personal experience: We bought a new and relatively expensive washing machine from Daffertshofer almost 2 years ago. We chose the store because we thought the prices would be a bit higher there, but there was an on-site service if a problem arises. The bitter lesson: As soon as you have paid, you become uninteresting as a customer. Service zero. And unfriendly treatment too. We had a technical problem with the machine and are still waiting in vain for the technical service. Never again!!
