Very pathetic service, these people just want to loot money from the customers. I would not recommend their service to anyone. I have given my laptop for one issue, they did nothing and charged 30 euros. And also asked 60 euro per hour for any extra work. Stay away....

Great service and got my parts in less than 24 hours

I can only say something about the employees and the service as a DHL post office: Great! Order most packages there. I can't comment on the computer service.

On August 20, 2020, I sent a support request by email for a compiled PC from CompuX, as it was subsequently determined that some components were defective or not at all. I received no response to this message. I left well over € 2000 there. This is a high-end gaming PC (according to CompuX) Afterwards I look at the reviews, and lo and behold a week ago another negative review, which makes me pretty puzzled. I have the impression that, despite the dealer's warranty / guarantee, customers are rejected or not answered at all (a shame) Therefore, if I cannot find a reaction to today's email within the next 7 working days, I will withdraw from the purchase contract, if necessary also legally.

Nice service good selection only the prices for the parts are a bit high. Support is pretty good too. Helped me well with my PC
