Extremely friendly and competent .... I came across Schmitz Hifi-Video on Youtube and found the videos very appealing and informative. Then I called them and we talked about hi-fi / high end and products - a great contact. Very friendly and above all competently. It's a shame that Schmitz is not represented in the north of the country. Absolute recommendation!

Was there this morning to return my loan. It was possible to borrow a pit setup over the weekend without any problems to test the conditions in your own four walls. As always, very nice and competent in providing advice. Thank you Hifi-Schmitz-Team!

Very good advice regarding new speakers and amplifiers, took a lot of time to test. Additionally repaired old turntables, I was very satisfied with this too.
